Central Garage has been in the heart of Irthlingborough for well over 60 years and is one of the few remaining typical family businesses in the area, owned by the Redding family since 1972.
Originally purchased by Jeff Redding, whose background was in the Northamptonshire Shoe industry, he installed traditional family value attitudes within the business. He drove the business forward, culminating in a move to the current site in August 2000. Jeff is now enjoying his retirement with the safe knowledge that 2 of his sons, Paul and Andy, have taken over at the helm, maintaining the same attributes installed in the business by their Father.
Our aim is to offer a first class service to all our customers, we adopt a "soft" sell policy at all times, concentrating more on providing the information required, in a genuine way. Customer satisfaction is paramount at all times.
